1992 Porsche 911 Carrera RS

The 1992 Carrera RS is quite possibly the ultimate air cooled Porsche driving machine. This is not to be confused with the RS America, the Carrera RS was a Europe only delivery car built in true RS style. We purchased this car in France for our personal collection, subsequently a Porsche enthusiast from Vancouver took delivery shortly after.

The European Spec 1992 Porsche Carrera RS utilized the 3.6 flat six with an output of 200hp. Fixed with a close ratio G50 5-speed manual transmission, and lightweight flywheel. The Euro RS was a very special car in Porsche history. Thinner glass was used in the rear window and side windows, no sound deadening under the carpets, Aluminum trunk hood and a very stripped down basic interior.
