The 2017 model year was a substantial one for the 911 as it marked the shift to a twin-turbo powered 3.0L engine from the lower powered 3.8L.   Producing 420hp the power is delivered to Porsches industry leading 7 speed PDK dual clutch automatic transmission with steering wheel mounted paddle shifters. PDK transmissions offer drivers the ability to select completely manual shifting via gear selector stick or the paddles on steering wheel. Alternatively the car can be driven in its completely automatic mode.

This specific 2017 Porsche 911 Carrera S has been ordered with a very high level of optional features not normally found on many other Carrera S’s. The cabin has been fitted with a full leather which includes door panels, dashboard and even the seat backs. The leather has been contrasted with Dashboard Stitching in Deviated Thread giving compliment to the also optional Seat Belts in Bordeaux Red.  The leather wrapped steering wheel is also optioned as a Heated Multifunction Steering Wheel. The 14-Way Power Seats are both heated and more importantly ventilated.
