2023 Toyota 4Runner 40th Anniversary

These 40th Anniversary Special Edition Toyota 4Runners were limited to just 4040 units worldwide and are only produced for the 2023 model year. This 2023 was purchased new in Victoria, BC and has never left. Purchased by a mature professional and only driven to and from work in the downtown area. Comes complete with every key, document, window sticker and gas receipt from new. There isn’t a more perfect example of this super rare 40th Anniversary limited edition 4Runner out there.

The 40th Anniversary Edition is a commemorative build that employs some of the most desirable appointments from the 4Runner lineup. The front grille is unique to only the 40th’ and the TRD showing the Toyota name across the front just like the 80’s and early 90’s. Badging across the entire truck is finished in matte bronze to match the TRD Pro style aluminum wheels. Special 40th Anniversary badges declare its unique build on the rear of the SUV and on the dashboard. The heritage style triple colour graphics herald to the 80’s of Toyota when their 4wd lineup would often employ 3 colour designs to add to the exterior edginess of the trucks.

The Toyota 4Runner is one of the last of the Toyota products still built in Japan as opposed to the trucks built in the USA or Mexico. The quality, workmanship and finishing on the 4Runner is noticeably better then is brothers and sisters. Because of the manufacturing taking place in Japan less of the 4Runners land on our shores.

Powered by Toyota’s legendary 4.0 V6 that they have used since 2005 the 4.0 V6 has incredibly reliability that is next to none in the SUV segment. This 4Runner is a unique offering from Toyota that was extremely limited in their builds and will always be a rare sighting.
