This incredible 1989 Porsche 911 Carrera 3.2 was sold new at MCL Porsche Vancouver on December 12, 1988. Finished in the very rare and 1 year only Baltic Blue Metallic paint, color code C7. Documented by Porsche and included in the sale, this colour 911 was 1 of 47 cars built for North America.  The interior is rare as well. Blue FULL leather interior completes the classic 80’s look. Typically these cars were built and delivered with partial leather. Baltic Blue Metallic was  The car stayed in BC its entire life with a clean Carfax and history. Serviced regularly at MCL Porsche Vancouver, Weissach Ltd and S & M Import Service which is documented in the original owners warranty book with dealer stamps. Tasteful aesthetic upgrades have been completed to give the true enthusiasts look to the car. Authentic 7″ wide Fuchs rims replaced the factory 6″ Fuchs in the front to provide a full look and better tracking. The front bumper was upgraded to the European spec with corner markers removed along with 8mm spacers while retaining a factory Euro’ look. Suspension has been properly lowered 20mm with adjustable rear sprint plates. 21mm rear wheel spacers have been added to widen the rear stance and flush the rear wheels. Brand new Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires were installed on all 4 wheels for superb ride, handling and acoustics.

Nothing delivers pure Porsche driving experiences then a rear wheel drive, air cooled Porsche 911 quite like the G series cars from the 80’s. Previously mentioned this is the last year of production for this model. The 1989 Porsche 911 Carrera 3.2 was built with the G50 5-speed manual transmission providing ample gearing for spirited driving or highway cruising. Mechanically, a powerful 3.2L flat-six engine (M930/25) producing 217HP with a smooth-shifting 915 manual G50 5-speed transmission (G50/01) that runs and drives as it should. An excellent example of a 911 with the coveted G50 transmission.

This car is an extremely desirable combination, history and colour in the final year of production for this generation. This particular car is a great prospect for a new enthusiasts entry into the world of air cooled 911s.
