    FEES

    10% up to USD$100,000 and then variable based on the vehicle. 

    • $795 Flat Fee for Photography & Video
    • $395 For Mechanical Inspection
    • $895-$1,395* Exterior, Interior, Underside Detailing
    • $295/hr* Optional Dry Ice Cleaning

    *Fee may vary depending on the vehicle’s needs

    We require no money up front; all fees will be deducted from the final sale price of the vehicle. In the event the vehicle does not sell, you will only be charged the fees for the work completed. For consignments, the registered owner is required to maintain vehicle insurance throughout the consignment process.

  • OUR PROCESS

    We follow a comprehensive process to ensure the successful listing and presentation of your car. From the initial contact to the final auction, we handle every step with utmost care and expertise. The process begins with reaching out to us to discuss your vehicle. We’ll have a conversation to understand its unique qualities, history, and any specific requirements you may have – contact us to discuss your car. 

    1. The car is received at one of our locations
      Once we’ve established the details, we’ll arrange delivery of your car to our dealership in Victoria, BC or one of our locations in the USA. Our dedicated team will be ready to receive it and initiate the next steps.
    2. Mechanical inspection and servicing
      Your car undergoes a meticulous inspection by trained mechanics. We ensure that it is in optimal condition and identify any necessary work to maximize its value. We will consult you to determine the required repairs or improvements that will contribute to achieve the best outcome. Additionally, our professional detailers meticulously clean and detail the exterior, interior, and underside of the vehicle. We employ various techniques such as paint correction-detailing, and dry-ice blasting to bring your car to its optimum condition.
    3. Professional photography and video
      We have a well-earned reputation for stunning presentation and photography in our listings. Our professional photographers will conduct a photoshoot to capture the full beauty of your car. These high-quality images will thoughtfully showcase the unique features of your car, allowing potential buyers to appreciate its distinctiveness and make an informed decision.
    4. Documentation and listing
      We take care of organizing and documenting all of the available service records, photos, and other relevant details of your car. Our team will create and manage the Bring a Trailer listing, ensuring that all information is accurate and comprehensive. During the auction, we actively engage with potential buyers, promptly responding to questions and addressing any concerns they may have. Additionally, we provide a walkaround and driving videos of the car, giving bidders a closer look and enhancing their confidence in the vehicle.
