- Current owner purchased the Miura in 2014 and a complete 2-year restoration was undertaken by marque specialist Bobileff Motorcars in San Diego, California.
- The Miura was finished in Verde (green) with the Blue leather interior
- Restoration included the desired split sumps with blocking plates
- Current owner was able to find a rare copy of the Miura P400 Owner’s Driver’s Handbook (picture in gallery).
- The Miura does not have the tools or jack.
- Ongoing service work has been conducted by Coachwerks in Victoria BC, bills included in the gallery.
- 2016 Concours Italiano in Monterey, CA where it was awarded “Best Interior Miura” (picture in gallery) during the 50th Anniversary celebration of the Lamborghini Miura.

- Miura’s were the first mid-engined supercar with the engine sitting sideway or transaxle.
- Between 1966 and 1973 764 Miuras were built, although final numbers can differ.
- In 1965 the Miura was displayed at the Torino Motor Show
- The 1st series was known as P400. It was powered by a 3.9 Litre version of the Lamborghini V12 engine, mounted transversely and producing 350 hp. 275 P400s were produced between 1966 and 1969 the s/n range was from 0509 to 3901. The Miura P400 is completely built in aluminum.
- The initial Miura chassis was shown at the Turin Salon of 1965 and the aluminum body design was conducted by Marcello Gandini, Chief Stylist at Bertrone in 1965/66 and the P400 GT (what is was called then) was show at the Geneva Salon De L’Automobile in 1966.
- Two-seater with 5.1 cu ft of luggage space behind the engine compartment.
- 4-cam V-12 producing 400bhp @ 7,000 rpm, capable of 280km/h and 0-100 km/hour (0-60 miles/hour) in 6.7 seconds
